We use a simple hourly billing model. The quoted rate includes both the rental of the commercial vehicle and the driver's service fee. This single rate makes it easy for you to calculate your transport costs based on the duration of your job.
To cover our operational deployment costs, we enforce a minimum rental period of 2 hours. If your job finishes early, the 2-hour minimum charge still applies. Any usage beyond this is billed according to the hourly rate.
Yes, specific timings incur surcharges. A one-time fee is added for any booking that takes place between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Additionally, bookings made for Sundays or Public Holidays attract a separate surcharge to compensate for holiday labor costs.
No. For our vehicle hire service, customers are responsible for their own items. This means you must provide your own manpower to handle the loading and unloading of goods. Our driver’s responsibility is strictly limited to driving and vehicle safety.
We recommend securing your booking as soon as your schedule is confirmed. Specific vehicle types, such as the 24ft lorry or Open Deck trucks, are in high demand. Early booking ensures we can allocate the exact vehicle configuration you need.
