For large-scale moves (over 50 employees) or moves requiring reinstatement, a 2-to-3-month lead time is ideal to ensure your preferred dates are secured.

We utilize equipment such as pallet jacks, heavy-duty dollies, and hydraulic tailgates to move safes, server racks, and compactus systems safely. Please highlight these items during your site survey so we can deploy the correct manpower and equipment.
IT infrastructure is the heart of your business. We use anti-static bubble wrap and computer totes for individual units (monitors, CPUs). For servers, we recommend our specialized IT relocation service, which includes un-racking, specialized foam packing, and priority transport to minimize vibration.
Yes. We handle the administrative burden for you. We will provide the necessary Public Liability Insurance certificates, risk assessments, and vehicle details required by the Building Management of both your old and new locations. We will advise you on the submission deadlines to ensure your move permits are approved on time.
Yes. We offer certified disposal and e-waste management services. We can clear out unwanted furniture, partitions, and old electronics. For sensitive items or branded goods, we can provide a Certificate of Destruction upon request for your audit trail, ensuring items are disposed of ethically and in compliance with Singapore’s environmental regulations.
