Before The Move: Our specialist team will arrive at your home with specialized padding. This includes heavy-duty quilted blankets, shrink wrap, and corner guards.
The Packing: We carefully wrap the entire body of the piano, securing the keyboard lid and pedals. We pay special attention to the polyester finish, using specific materials to prevent swirls or abrasion. This is a key part of our preservation service.
After The Move: At your new location, we will unwrap your instrument and polish the exterior surfaces. We can also offer advice on placement away from direct sunlight. We will then clear away all the protective materials. This makes settling into your new practice space much easier.
Grand pianos in Singapore are structurally complex. For example, items like the heavy lid, the lyre (pedal box), and the three legs must be dismantled to be moved safely through doorways.
Dismantling: Our team has the correct tools and knowledge to remove the legs and lyre of your Grand piano properly. We keep track of all hinge pins and bolts so nothing is lost during the move.
Reassembly: Once at your new home, we will reassemble the piano in the room you designate. We make sure the legs are locked and the lyre is functional, so your piano stands steady and ready to play.

While we focus on the physical transportation, we can recommend trusted partners for tuning. We generally advise waiting 2 to 3 weeks after the move before tuning. This allows the piano's wood and strings to acclimatize to the new temperature and humidity of your home.
Yes, we provide basic liability coverage for your items. However, given the high value of pianos (often ranging from $5,000 to over $100,000), we strongly recommend our comprehensive insurance options. This covers dents, internal damage, or scratches giving you total peace of mind.
Yes. We specialize in "stair-carry" operations. If your lift is too small or you live in a walk-up apartment, our trained team can manually carry the piano. Please note that staircase charges apply per floor, as this requires extra manpower and poses higher risk.
Rain is common in Singapore. We come prepared. We use waterproof plastic wrap and heavy blankets to ensure your piano remains dry during the transition from the house to the truck. We guarantee attendance rain or shine, but safety for the instrument comes first.
Yes. It is standard procedure to remove the legs, lyre (pedals), and music desk of a Grand Piano before moving it. We wrap these parts separately. Upon arrival, we reassemble everything so the piano is ready to be played immediately.
