Before The Move: Our specialist team will arrive at your office with industrial packing supplies. This includes shrink wrap, edge guards, and heavy-duty tape.
The Packing: We carefully wrap the machine, securing the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) and paper trays. We pay special attention to the toner cartridges, often removing them to prevent internal spillage. This is a key part of our technical service.
After The Move: At your new office, we will unwrap your machines and place them near power and data points. We can also offer basic leveling services if you need them. We will then clear away all the used packing materials. This makes resuming office work much easier.
Modern office copiers in Singapore have accessories that are complex. For example, items like Finisher units, large paper decks, and sorters often need to be detached to be moved safely through doors.

Yes, we provide basic liability coverage. However, for expensive industrial plotters or high-end MFPs, we offer comprehensive insurance options. This provides full coverage against collision, dropping, or internal damage during the relocation process.
We operate rain or shine. Our trucks are fully enclosed, and we use waterproof plastic wrap on all machines before they leave the building. We ensure your electronics are never exposed to water during the loading and unloading process.
Yes. We provide certified e-waste disposal services. We can collect your old, non-functional machines and send them to NEA-licensed recycling facilities. We ensure that toxic components like toner and batteries are handled responsibly.
