We assist in submitting the necessary Risk Assessment Management System (RAMS) and Public Liability Insurance documents to your Centre Management. Since we are BizSAFE Star certified, our documentation is readily accepted by major mall operators (like CapitaLand, Frasers, and Far East) and commercial buildings.
We provide basic insurance coverage for your goods during transit. However, for high-value commercial inventory or expensive equipment, we recommend our comprehensive insurance plans. Additionally, we possess the Public Liability Insurance required by almost all commercial landlords in Singapore to cover any potential damage to common property (lifts, corridors, flooring) during the move.
Yes. We are equipped with hydraulic tailgate lorries, pallet jacks, and heavy-duty dollies specifically for this purpose. We regularly move 2-door/4-door commercial chillers, industrial ovens, heavy safes, and large server racks. Please inform us during the site survey so we can deploy the correct manpower and equipment.
Yes. Our team is trained to dismantle modular shelving, racking systems, reception counters, and changing room partitions. We will disassemble them at your current outlet, tag the parts, and reassemble them at your new location according to your floor plan. Note: For complex carpentry or built-in fixtures that require demolition, we can assess this during the site survey.
Yes, we provide professional disposal services. If you have old mannequins, broken display cabinets, or renovation debris that you do not want to bring to the new location, we can remove and dispose of them at an NEA-approved facility. This saves you the hassle of engaging a separate waste management contractor.
