Our pricing structure is straightforward. The rate is charged per hour of hire. This hourly fee is all-inclusive, covering the commercial vehicle. This ensures you have a clear understanding of your transport costs upfront.
To ensure operational efficiency, we have a strict minimum hire period of 2 hours for all vehicle types. Once this initial duration is met, the service is billed based on your subsequent hourly usage.
Yes, surcharges apply during specific peak or odd hours to cover operational costs. An additional surcharge applies for all bookings made on Sundays and Public Holidays. Additionally, a one-time surcharge applies for any booking slot that falls within the hours of 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
We always advise clients to book in advance. While we have a large fleet, every booking is subject to vehicle availability. Securing your slot early ensures that the specific truck size or van you need is reserved for your preferred time.
